Course Description
The course focuses on the health and physical aspects of self-development skills and the associated personal, nutritional, sports, preventive, psychological and reproductive health and first aid skills. It also focuses on various life situations, with the aim of raising students' interest and motivation for learning through the overall framework, standards and controls of the course. As for the fitness, its role is to do physical exercises using modern equipment to maintain health. The course involves leisure-based learning and sports activities.
Course Major Goal
This course aims to improve the health of the individual and society by giving students the opportunity to acquire knowledge, information, skills and learn about trends in fitness and health education so as to be able to understand and apply health developments and conditions in university life.

Description of Semester Works
First: Physical Fitness Description (15 Marks)
An individual activity in which the student recognizes his physical fitness through:

Second: A project (10 Marks)
The student chooses one the following projects in the second week and commits himself to applying the criteria of the selected project.

Khatwati Program (10 M) | · Student’s enrolls in the project · The daily average of steps is calculated for three days in a week and continues for (6) weeks starting from the fourth week. · The daily average of steps = number of steps in a week ÷ 3 days · Final mark = sum of marks obtained in the 6 weeks ÷ 3 · Using their Step Meter App, the student has to upload three pictures for three different days weekly showing him calculating the steps.
