Who Are We?

The committee is responsible for assisting all ELSD students and staff in technology related matters in order to ensure a strategic integration of technology in the ELSD teaching and learning processes. 

Objectives of the Committee

• To create and implement a plan to incorporate the latest advancements in Educational Technology.
• To enhance the quality of teaching and learning by integrating various technological tools at the ELSD

Major Responsibilities of the Committee

• Designing and maintaining ELSD courses on Blackboard LMS.
• Designing digital learning content for students and digital teaching content for instructors.
• Providing instructors with teaching materials and supplementary online resources.
• Supporting instructors and students in optimizing the use of the available digital tools by providing training sessions and guides.
• Supplying digital and hard copies of the course books for students and instructors.
• Providing technical and logistical support for all language programs and courses conducted by the Common First Year (CFY) Deanship.
