The Center of Excellence in Teaching and Learning was established at the Common First Year Deanship to contribute to faculty development by providing qualitative courses, programs and academic support that contribute to enabling faculty members to perform their teaching mission.
 

Unit Duties 

• Achieving the objectives of the university's strategic plan in teaching and learning processes.
• Developing educational teaching practices at the deanship that contribute to the enhancement of the learning outcomes.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality of teaching and learning environments.
• Proposing educational policies and academic programs based on data and scientific evidence.
• Building, encouraging and supporting initiatives of excellence in teaching and learning at the deanship.
• Conducting seminars and workshops.
