About the Unit

Training Unit:

It is a supporting entity at the First Common Year that reports to the Vice Dean for Development and Quality. The unit’s main concern is to monitor the identification of the deanship training needs, execute and measure professional development plans.


  • Participating in identifying training needs;
  • Ensuring the academic and administrative improvement of the deanship staff efficiency

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To control the identification of training needs;
  • To control plans for improving staff efficiency;
  • To employ the various experiences of the deanship staff;

To ensure the efficiency of the training programs provided to the deanship staff.
